The fine print on buying Craft Gym tees
Shipping & handling
Like gift certificates, Craft Gym t-shirt orders are sent via first-class mail (U.S. Postal Service) to the shipping address specified during PayPal's checkout process. An email confirmation will be sent when the t-shirt has been shipped. We do not offer delivery through other shipping methods or carriers, including expedited shipping options, such as Priority shipping.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping and delivery.
Pickup at a Craft Gym workshop or open studio can be arranged after you have placed your order by emailing info@craftgym.com or calling (415) 702-5700.
Refunds, returns or exchanges
T-shirt orders are fully refundable prior to receipt of a shipping confirmation email. No returns or exchanges can be accepted on merchandise that has already shipped.
