PoliciesHow to Register for Workshops | Picking up Projects | Refunds | Cancellations | DiscountsSign-up and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Since class sizes are limited and instructors must prepare or purchase supplies in advance, prepayment of workshop and materials fees are required when you register. Same day registration is at the discretion of the instructor. If you have any questions about workshop availability, how to register, or anything else, feel free to email us. Online RegistrationVisit the calendar to find the class you would like to attend and follow the links and instructions to complete your registration. Payment methods: Credit or debit card. Phone RegistrationTo register over the phone, call us at 415.441.6223 to complete your registration. Payment methods: Gift certificate, credit or debit card. Mail-in RegistrationComplete and mail us a workshop registration form and your payment (made out to “Craft Gym”). Payment methods: Gift certificate, check or money order. Please note: You must provide a valid phone number and/or email so we can confirm your registration. To secure a workshop spot while your payment makes its way to us, call us at 415.441.6223 to let us know your “check is in the mail.” We will hold your place for up to 2 business days. Box 460681; San Francisco, CA 94146-0681 Walk-in RegistrationStop by Craft Gym and complete your registration at 1452 Bush St (between Van Ness & Polk) in San Francisco during gym hours. Payment methods: Gift certificate, credit or debit card, check or money order. Picking Up ProjectsFor most Craft Gym workshops, you will complete and take home your finished creation at the end of the 3-hour workshop. A limited number of workshop projects require additional drying time and/or firing before they are completed, and the workshop listing will clearly highlight that it is necessary to leave your project at Craft Gym and will indicate when your work will be ready for pick up. You can pick up your work on that date, and thereafter during any subsequent open studio time. Refunds
If you find you cannot attend a workshop for which you are registered, please notify Craft Gym as soon as possible. You always have the option of sending someone in your place. If you notify Craft Gym you would like to cancel at least 7 days in advance of your workshop’s scheduled date, you will have your choice of transferring your payment to another workshop or be refunded 50% of your original payment. If you give less than 7 days advance notice, your entire payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable to another workshop. There are no refunds for missed classes. Refunds will be made via check and mailed to the address you provided when registering.
Craft Gym reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops and open studios. All registered participants will be notified, and in the case of a cancellation, a full refund or the option to apply the payment to another class will be given.
